As a way to find focus and pre-plan mentally
This resonates with me. I'm also not big on todo-lists and seeing large lists demotivates me. 🤷♂️ I also found that showing up is the best way I can contribute, and that chunkier achievements give me more feeling of accomplishment.
I already tend to focus on single major tasks in one day, and I like your approach to allocate specific days. How do you deal with those days that things just don't feel right, and you may need to reshuffle tasks?
